Notre Dame was a co-educational, dual campus Catholic primary school catering for 400 students from Kindergarten to Year 6 with campuses at Carlisle and Cloverdale. This year, a new two stream, co-educational primary school has been developed on the Cloverdale site and all students have moved from the Carlisle campus to this new facitlity for the start of the 2011 school year.

To apply for admission to Notre Dame Catholic Primary School, an application form needs to be completed for each child seeking a place at the school and a copy of the following documents attached:

  • Birth certificate
  • Baptism certificate
  • Immunisation records
  • Data collection form

Enrolment interviews are conducted by the Principal or Assistant Principals. All children seeking a place at Notre Dame must attend the interview. Following this interview, an offer of enrolment may be made to your child. If this offer is accepted by you, a non-refundable payment of $100 per child will be required. This payment will then be credited to your first fee statement.
